I stayed in Fattoria Svetoni and I loved it. There’s a charming vibe there and that’s the number one reason why I didn’t want to leave. Their service was amazing, everyone did their best to accommodate our needs.
The room I got had a beautiful view of the pool and garden surrounding it. It was fully equipped with anything I needed. The bathroom was so modern. This place is so romantic.
The breakfast is included with splendid service, the BEST croissants I have had, fresh fruits, crispy baked cookies, delightful yogurt, and more, with a nice view of their vineyard.

Me quedé en Fattoria Svetoni y me encantó. Tiene un ambiente encantador y esa es la razón número uno por la que no quería irme. Su servicio fue increíble, todos hicieron todo lo posible para satisfacer nuestras necesidades.
La habitación que me dieron tenía una hermosa vista de la piscina y el jardín que la rodeaba. Estaba completamente equipado con todo lo que necesitaba. El baño era tan moderno, incluso un poco demasiado elegante para mí jejejejejej, pero bromas aparte, este lugar es muy romántico.

Osmosi of Montepulcciano at Fattoria Svetoni
I was invited to eat at their restaurant: Osmosis, and let me tell you it was a stunning experience…WOW!!! This restaurant was one of the best experiences I have had in my culinary life so far.
Is located in the wine resort Fattoria Svetoni and my experience there was simply extraordinary from the begging to the end. We went there for dinner but I didn’t know that for us staying at the Fattoria Svetoni hotel, it was our place to have breakfast too.
Dinner was fantastic. We were hosted by the chefs who came and gave us a detailed explanation of every single one of the dishes we had. We started with a nice and refreshing sparkling white wine and even though I’m not a fan, it was tastyyyyyyy. As we were enjoying the nice vibe of the place and courteous service, we got the appetizers and I was already impressed by them. The presentation was so neat, and the flavors were all there ( I wish I could have some now ). Have you had churros topped with cheese ever in your life? No, right! Well, these chefs know their art, it was spectacular.
From Pigeons to chicken to pasta, we had them all. My absolute favorite was one of the creams. They caramelized the onions and put them on top of cheese ice cream. It might sound weird but the taste was unbelievable. I almost cried. The rest of the plates were wonderful as well and the variety of their wines paired with these dishes made this meal a perfect one.
At Osmosis my palate experienced a flavor that I wouldn’t think about trying before. I loved them all and they inspired me to recreate something similar at home too. Of course, I won’t be able to do something like what they did but I will try the “Wendy” way.
Thank you for this delightful dinner and I hope I can go back for more!!

Osmosi of Montepulcciano at Fattoria Svetoni Fue una experiencia increíble… ¡WAO! Este restaurante fue una de las mejores experiencias culinarias que he tenido en mi vida hasta ahora. Ubicado en el complejo vinícola Fattoria Svetoni y no sabía, que para los que nos alojábamos en el hotel Fattoria Svetoni, también era nuestro lugar para desayunar.
La cena estuvo fantástica. Fuimos recibidos por los chefs que vinieron y nos dieron una explicación detallada de cada uno de los platos. Comenzamos con un buen y refrescante vino blanco espumoso y, aunque no soy fan de los espumantes, estaba delicioso. Mientras disfrutábamos del buen ambiente del lugar y el servicio cortés, empezamos con los aperitivos y ya me impresionaron. La presentación estuvo muy elegante y los sabores estaban toditos allí (ojalá lo pudiese comer ahora). ¿Has comido churros con queso alguna vez en tu vida? Bueno, estos chefs conocen su arte, estuvo increíble.
Mi plato favorito fue el de las cremas. Caramelizaron las cebollas y las pusieron encima del helado de queso. Puede sonar raro, pero el sabor era del mas allá. Casi llore. El resto de los platos también fueron maravillosos y la variedad de sus vinos combinados con estos platos hizo que esta comida fuera perfecta.
En Osmosis mi paladar experimentó una explosion de sabores que nunca me imagine que probaría. ¡Gracias por esta cena deliciosa y espero poder volver por más!
L’Altro Cantuccio Ristorante
Wow a top of the line dinner experience from the first all the way to the seventh plate we tried.
The service was top of the line. The ambiance was superb. Unfortunately, I cannot choose. What was my favorite plate because I like them all.
The tomato soup was the sensational answer in a very surprising way! It was practically melting in my mouth, the cheesecake was without questioning, the best cheesecake I have had in my life. I actually told my friends, I will never have any cheesecake except for that one.

El ambiente era magnífico. Lamentablemente, no puedo elegir un favorito, porque me gustan todos. ¡La sopa de tomate fue la respuesta sensacional de una manera muy sorprendente! Prácticamente, se estaba derritiendo en mi boca, la tarta de queso era, sin lugar a dudas, la mejor tarta de queso que he probado en mi vida. De hecho, les dije a mis amigos que nunca comeré ningún pastel de queso, excepto ese!

I was honored to walk around these gorgeous places in the heart of Montepulciano with the amazing company and guidance of no one else but Andrea Contucci who took us for a delightful tour that ended with a delicious Wine Tasting.
Walking around this palace just reminded me how incredibly beautiful Europe is and in this case Italy’s history. We saw the different rooms and they live there, as well as the great areas with wine barrels and we got information on how the wine process worked. I loved their garden with a breathtaking Tuscany view and magic Sunset!
At the wine tasting, we tried five different wines and my favorite one was the Reserva, along with the wine tasting we were listening to Andrea’s anecdotes and all the details of every single bottle we tried. At the table, they had some cold cuts and I love those so much, especially from Italy, the cheese was melting in my mouth, and the hams and salami were simply perfect for my palate!
You can get their wines and book wine tasting too on their website, in person, or by calling, I recommend it, you will learn, enjoy, and feel as if you were home!
Not the sugar but maybe the amount of sulfate in the wine is what can give you headaches. If you drink wine from the same grape you can use the same glass, this were some of the many things we learned!
Tuve el honor de caminar por estos hermosos lugares en el corazón de Montepulciano con la increíble compañía y la guía de nadie más que Andrea Contucci, quien nos llevó a un recorrido encantador que terminó con una deliciosa cata de vinos.
Pasear por este palacio me recordó lo increíblemente hermosa que es Europa y, en este caso, la historia de la Toscana en Italia. Vimos las diferentes estancias donde aún viven, así como los tuneles de vino y nos informamos de cómo funcionaba el proceso. ¡Me encantó su jardín con una vista impresionante de la Toscana y un atardecer mágico!
En la cata probamos cinco vinos diferentes y mi favorito fue el Reserva, junto con la cata estuvimos escuchando las anécdotas de Andrea y todos los detalles de cada botella que probamos. No es el azúcar, sino quizás la cantidad de sulfato en el vino lo que puede darte dolores de cabeza. Si bebes vino de la misma uva puedes usar la misma copa, estos fueron uno de los mil datos que aprendimos!

A gorgeous winery where Pietro showed us the vineyard, explained the production, and we even got a private wine tasting of five of their phenomenal wines. Not just that, but we also got a complimentary wine bottle that I will cherish until I drink it on a future happy occasion !!!

We felt so welcomed at this state-of-the-art winery in gorgeous Tuscany. Antonio the owner personally gave us a tour of the entire place. I loved how important it is for him and his family.
