What a fantastic night we had at FLIPANY (Florida Introduces Physical Activity and Nutrition to Youth) Chefs Up Front event, at the prestigious Biltmore Hotel in the city of Coral Gables. FLIPANY’s mission is to foster healthy lives through nutrition education, physical activities, and wellness initiatives.
The amazing food from the Chef of ToroToro’s Restaurant; Jean Delgado, made our night experience for a lifetime. They spoiled us with a five-course menu.
Beet Salad; with watermelon, raspberry, and pistachio.
Miyazaki Tartar; chilies and herbs with a fried egg on top.
Trout; melted leeks, bone marrow hollandaise, and potatoes macaire.
Dry Age Ribeye; sunchokes, Huancaina sauce, and crackling maitake mushrooms.
Higos, Miel y Almendras; almond citrus cake, fresh figs, and honey crisps.
